Bacon Ranch Poppers
Cut tops off of fresh jalapenos and cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes. In a bowl mix together softened cream cheese, some shredded sharp cheddar and dry ranch mix. Stuff peppers. Wrap with bacon and broil until bacon is crisp.
I'm not in any way a professional writer. That is for sure. But I love to cook. I'm a foodie at heart and this is my creative outlet for all my adventures in the kitchen.
